1. Heirloom Farmers Market – Steam Pump Ranch
Date and Time: Saturdays, starting October 3rd through the end of the Month | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Cost: Free
What’s going on: Ease into your weekend under the mesquite trees with local produce, handmade goods, live music, and food vendors—all while supporting Tucson’s growers and makers.
2. Oktoberfest at Traildust Town
Date and Time: Saturday, October 4th | 3::00 PM - 9:00 PM
Location: 📍 Trail Dust Town - 6541 E. Tanque Verde Rd
Cost: Free admission - Tickets for food, drink & entertainment
What’s going on: Celebrate the 11th Annual Oktoberfest with German food, local craft beer, live music, and family fun at one of Tucson’s favorite Old West destinations.
3. Marana Pumpkin Patch & Fall Festival
Date and Time: October 4th - 26th | Thursday -Friday 3:pm - 9pm; Saturday - Sunday 9am - 9pm
Location: 📍 Marana Pumpkin Patch - 14950N. Trico Rd. Marana
Cost: $20 Single Admission | FREE for age 2yrs & Under
What’s going on: From pumpkin picking to hayrides, corn mazes, and petting zoos, this family-friendly festival has everything you need to soak in the fall spirit.
4. Nightfall at Old Tucson
Date and Time: October 2nd - November 1st | 🕔 4:30 PM – 11:30 PM (select nights)
Location: 📍 Old Tucson - 201 S. Kinney Rd.
Cost: $44 Adults (13+) | $38 Child (5-12yrs) | FREE (4yrs and under)
What’s going on: Now in its 33rd year, Nightfall returns with bigger haunts, new attractions, creepy cocktails, and all the Halloween thrills.
5. Friday Night Concert at Steam Pump Ranch
Date and Time: Friday, October 3rd and 24th | 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Location: 📍 Steam Pump Ranch – 10901 N Oracle Rd
Cost: Free
What’s going on: Bring a blanket or chair, grab dinner from food trucks on site, and enjoy live music under the desert sky.
6. Catalina State Park - Night Hiking and Stargazing
Date and Time: First and Third Friday, October 3rd and 17th | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: 📍 Catalina State Park - 11570 N Oracle Rd
Cost: Free Event/$7 park entry fee
What’s going on: Take a guided night hike and discover nocturnal desert wildlife before settling in for stargazing and cultural constellation stories.
Date and Time: Friday, October 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st | 5::00 PM – 8::00 PM
Location: 📍 Trail Dust Town - 6541 E, Tanque Verde Rd.
Cost: $10 wristband
What’s going on: A perfect “not-too-scary” Halloween outing with unlimited rides, themed weekends, costumes, and surprise characters.
8. Night of the Living Dead - Night Market
Date and Time: Saturday, October 18th | 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Location: 📍 Mourning Star Currio Shoppe, - 236 S. Scott Avenue., Downtown Tucson

What’s going on: Get ready for a spine-chilling night market filled with vendors, food, and hauntingly good vibes. All ages welcome!
9. Summer Night Market - Mercado District
Date and Time: Friday, October 14th | 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Location: 📍 Mercado San Agustin - 100 S Avenida del Convento
Cost: Free Entry; Food and Drinks for Purchase
What’s going on: Tucson’s final summer night market of the year features 60+ vendors, food trucks, live music, and community energy.
10. Boo at the Zoo 2025
Date and Time: October 23rd - 26th | 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Location: 📍 Ried Park Zoo - 3400 Zoo Court
Cost: $15 Adults/Seniors | $14 Child (2-14yrs) | FREE (2yrs and under)
What’s going on: Trick-or-treat stations, costumed characters, and kid-friendly Halloween fun at the zoo.
11. HalloVeen Spooktacular - Oro Valley
Date and Time: Saturday, October 25th | 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Location: 📍 James D. Kriegh Park - 23 W Calle Concordia
Cost: Free
What’s going on: Celebrate Oro Valley’s annual fall fest with trunk-or-treat, food trucks, live music, bounce houses, and crafts.
12. Dogtoberfest at Fort Lowell Park
Date and Time: Sunday, October 26th | 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: 📍 Fort Lowell Park - 2900 N. Craycroft Rd.
Cost: Free (Donations Encouraged)
What’s going on: A pet-friendly fall festival featuring costume contests (for dogs and humans!), rescue adoptions, and vendor booths—all supporting local animal charities.
