In response to COVID-19, we had implemented health and safety guidelines for our members at The Post Workspaces. We continue to monitor local and national recommendations and will adjust accordingly. Our main goal is to protect our staff and members. As more of us become vaccinated and the COVID virus declines, our safety guidelines may change over time.
Face Coverings – Face masks are optional. If you have received the COVID vaccine and do not want to wear a face mask, don’t wear one. If you have NOT RECEIVED the COVID vaccine, we suggest wearing a face mask. Let your conscience be your guide!!
Keep Your Distance – Please continue to follow social distancing guidelines while in the common areas.
High Touch Surfaces – NanoSeptic skins have been placed on all high-touch areas. NanoSeptic Skins turn dirty high traffic, public touchpoints into continuously self-cleaning surfaces.
Cleanings – We have scheduled our onsite janitorial service to disinfect and sanitize all high-touch areas at 7am and 1:30pm Monday through Friday. Additionally, a deep cleaning of the common areas, meeting rooms, and private offices is completed once monthly in addition to our daily cleaning protocols.
Coffee Bar – Disposable coffee cups and lids are available for self-serve coffee at 9am daily, up until 3pm. Gloves are available and required.
Hand Sanitizer Stations – Sanitizer stations have been strategically positioned throughout the office.
UV-C Disinfectant Lamps & Air Filtration System – Nightly we run UV-C disinfectant lamps in the common areas and meeting rooms to kill off any bacteria and viruses, including Covid-19 Virus. Also, state of the art air filtration units by GreenTech Environmental clean the space 24/7.
Communication Visuals – We have signs posted around the workspace to reinforce hygienic and distancing guidelines.
In-person Events – All guests and visitors must sign in using the touchless guest check-in app on the outside IPad before entering the office.
Personal Health – Please do not come into the office if you think you might be sick or contagious with any cold or flu, and if you think it is, don’t come in for at least one week after all symptoms are gone, unless it’s diagnosed as COVID-19, in which case, get confirmed by a doctor screening again that it is no longer contagious before you come in.
We appreciate the seriousness with which everyone is taking this taking this transition period of opening up our businesses again. We will need to rely on clear communication and cooperation to come through the very difficult time that all of us endured. Please be patient as we slowly open up our space to our coworking members as well as our meeting rooms and event space.
REMEMBER, WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER.
