Your Flex Space booking is customizable as far as furniture layout, telecommunications and autdiotechnology. Plus all our Meeting and Event space bookings include our signature upscale hospitality service and amenities, including complimentary specialty coffee and filtered water, as well as sweeteners and condiments. We also offer Catering and other food and beverage services for all meeting and event space bookings (additional cost).
● 86” 4K HD monitor, Zoom Room for video conferencing equipment (without the needless wires and cords, but gives you the ability to sync your own device, no matter if it’s a mac or windows)
● We supply flexible & folding training tables, comfortable chairs, mobile white boards as well as adapters and cords (if needed). Furniture layout can be customized for whatever type of setting (class, lecture, collaborative meeting, etc)
● Decorative break area with useable cabinets, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, utensils, trash receptacle and small refrigerator
