I don’t know about you, but there’s nothing like a great happy hour to help Dan and I unwind after a great day of work.
So, I thought I’d share some of our favorite local watering holes offering the best happy hours in the city.
Here are our top picks for the best happy hours in Tucson.
1. Union Public House (4340 N Campbell Ave Ste 100)
This classic American gastropub has a huge selection of draft beer alongside an inventive menu. But the best part? Its incredible Social Hour offerings, including bar snacks and drinks ranging from $3 domestic drafts, $5 singles, $7 red wine, $6 martinis, and more. Stop by Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. to get your fix! They’ve also got a great patio and live music.
2. Culinary Dropout (Multiple locations)
Every Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., you’ll find some awesome happy hour deals at one of our favorite classic bars in the city. Their menu offers some amazing food, including pretzel bites and provolone fondue, 36-hour pork ribs, and fried chick drizzled in honey.
3. Trident Grill (Multiple locations)
Looking for a classic pub? Check out Trident. On top of their incredible menu offering everything from seafood to sliders, salads, burgers, steaks, and pizzas, you’ll also find some pretty great happy hour deals from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily. This includes bar bites, a $10 slice and pint combo, and a buck off all craft beer, well cocktails, and draft wine.
4. Zinburger (1865 E. River Road #101)
What goes better together than incredible burgers, beers, and cocktails? We can’t think of anything either. Head to Zinburger for their daily happy hour from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. for some floats, pies, “zini burgers,” cold beer, wine, and cocktails.
5. Blanco Tacos + Tequila (2905 E Skyline Drive #246)
If you’re a fan of margaritas and Mexican beers, you’ll love Blanco Tacos + Tequila. Every day from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., you can get them all–plus starters–at half off. By the way, don’t skip the guacamole! They’re located at La Encatada in the Foothills, just about 5 minutes from The Post. Outdoor seating is plentiful and they’re also a dog-friendly place!
If you’re caught up with work and can’t get out for a happy hour, don’t worry. We also offer a ton of fun events at The Post, from monthly Member Luncheons to Sangria Socials and more!
